We meet you at the terminal
A Triangle Parking representative meets you at departures and inspects the vehicle with you before taking the keys.

We park the car close to the airport, in a guarded compound with full CCTV coverage, and look after it while you are away.

Do I have to book in advance?
Yes. Meet and Greet must be pre-booked. Depending on availability you can reserve well in advance or even on the day itself — but it does need to be arranged before you arrive.
Which terminals do you cover?
All of them — Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 at London Heathrow.
How quickly do I get my car back?
Within twenty minutes of your second call. Ring us when you have landed, then again once you have collected your bags, and the car will be waiting at the terminal ready to drive away.
Is there a height restriction?
The short-term parking lot has a 2.2 metre height restriction. If your vehicle is taller than that, please arrange it with the parking controller before you arrive.
Who actually drives my car?
A Triangle Parking representative who is uniformed, trained and fully insured. They inspect the vehicle with you before taking the keys, and again when they hand them back.
